• Tayyab Aijaz is the CEO of Roshan Packages, a company built on sound values and great leadership. While heading the major divisions of the company, he has gained valuable knowledge of Finance I.T, Manufacturing, Procurement and Marketing. He has exceptional qualities to lead New Ventures and Vertical Integration.
• He has deep understanding of dynamics of packaging industry and keeps a close eye on national as well as international economy. He has vastly travelled and has attended various high profile trainings at leading business schools. He is an MBA. He has also studied the supply chain of agri products in India and Japan.

Saadat Eijaz We do things with transparency and integrity
• Saadat Eijaz is the Marketing and Sales Director of Roshan Packages, a company built on sound values and great leadership. While leading the Sales and Marketing function, he has inspired the team to achieve great results even under adverse operating conditions. He is considered an authority in the supply chain of fruits, vegetables and other perishable commodities.
• He has deep understanding of sensitivities of fruits and vegetables marketing. He is well read and well travelled person. He attended various high impact courses in ‘tunnel farming’ and agriculture from Europe. Under his able leadership, the company achieved ‘Best Exporter’ award for seven consecutive years. He also served as Chairman of Horticulture Board. He is a business graduate.

Zaki Aijaz We produce quality backed by innovation
• Zaki Aajaz is the Technical Director of Roshan Packages, a company built on sound values and great leadership. While leading the technical function, he has been at the forefront of new product development, Plant erection from concept to physical realization, and quality management systems. He has inspired a team of professionals to achieve higher efficiencies with greater effectiveness. He has keen interests in team development through mentoring and liberal trainings.
• He has thorough understanding of delicate nature of corrugated as well as flexible packaging. He has proven skills of large scale Project Management using best of the available resources. He attended various high level courses in Supply Chain and Productivity Improvement from leading institutes. He is a technical graduate.

Muhammad Riaz, Chief Information Officer
• Started professional career in 1984 in I.T with world leading pharma Glaxo later GSK, and served the company for around twenty years.
• The experience included overall management of I.T department, in-house development and implementation of world renowned ERP's like BPCS and JDE. From 2004 onward he worked as I.T Manager and Project Manager for the implementation of SAP Business One at ITTEHAD Chemicals Limited and CCIL.
• After serving ICL for more than 5 years he joined Roshan Packages as Chief Information Officer in July 2010. He has diverse interests in ERP implementation,Business Process Improvement, Team Building and Change Management.

Hamid Iqbal, Manager Finance & Accounts
• Has a wide experience of handling Finance & Accounts spread over 20 years. During his course of services implemented many Accounting Software’s and ERP’s including Microsoft GP.
• Core competencies are to deal with taxation and audit affairs, budgeting, forecasting and investment portfolio’s.

Rashid Ifzal, Manager Commercial
• Has an experience of over twelve (12) years of procurement and supply chain which also includes working with multinational companies. He performed duties in procurement, commercial and research departments to trace out he best solutions for the company. His major working is for Textile industry.
• His strong negotiation skill helps him to maintain good working relationship with shipping companies and clearing agents.

Muhammad Zulfiqar Butt, General Manager Plant
• His capabilities and enthusiasm injected a new spirit in the factory and production. His foreign and as well as local experience of managing the plant at full capacity is the distinction of his career. He has travel abroad for the selection & purchase of new machinery for packaging plants. He has full range of skills in corrugation.

Muhammad Hanif Qadri, Manager Technical
• Has worked in packaging section for 16 years. His areas of expertise are Flexible packaging, gravure printing machines, lamination machines, slitting machines rotogravure cylinder making machines, sleeve making machines, printing ink making machines etc.
• Core competencies are diagnose & rectification of problems in electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems of the machines.
