Position Summary

Experienced sales professional responsible for leading and managing the regional sales team.

Should be able to identify sales opportunities and converting them into profitable business relationships.

The position will be responsible for the overall sales targets of the region besides coaching and mentoring of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual sales forecast for the region.
  • Lead and manages sales team to achieve assigned sales and collections targets.
  • Responsible to meet and maintain contribution margins for different business segments.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, contribute ideas for new product development by monitoring customer business activities.
  • Ensure customer retention and work closely with customers to plan and implement appropriate sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing and give inputs in the development of integrated marketing communications and marketing collaterals.
  • Ensure that Sales team has professional product knowledge and sales skills to sell the product in the market.

Required Skills

  • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to develop & manage budgets
  • Knowledge of B2B sales will be preferred..
  • High levels of self-motivation, initiative, creative thinking, solution based approach, interpersonal skill and a result oriented team player.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to technology, ERP, business intelligence and CRM etc.
