Summary

The position is responsible for business development, achievement of sales and recovery targets. Provide best customer services to the clients. Managing sales team and help them in achievement of their sales and recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for business development by identifying potential customers, evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  2. Sell company products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers; recommending cost effective and efficient solutions to the customers.
  3. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  4. Responsible to complete sales transaction (from order generation to recovery and after sales services)
  5. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  6. Ensure 100% timely recovery from customers by consistent follow ups.
  7. Leading team of sales executives, if assigned, and help them in achievement of their sales and recovery targets.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate should be graduate with 4-6 years relevant experience;
  2. Strong grip on MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point)

Candidates having experience of working in large manufacturing concern in B2B domain will be preferred.
