Flexible Plant Overview & Development

Roshan Packages Limited’s Flexible Packaging Plant was established in 2011 with an initial setup comprising one printing machine, one lamination machine, and one slitting machine. The plant was subsequently upgraded during 2015–16 with advanced European printing and converting equipment to enhance production capacity, quality, and product range.

In 2016, Roshan Packages established its Co-Extruded Film Plant, equipped with advanced German Windmöller & Hölscher (W&H) blown-film extrusion technology. The plant specializes in 5-layer co-extruded films, including both barrier and non-barrier structures.

Today, the Flexible Packaging Plant provides integrated capabilities covering film extrusion, rotogravure printing, lamination, slitting, rewinding, and bag-making/converting.

Corrugation

We source the best quality paper from around the world and use our state of the art corrugator (one of a kind in Pakistan) to produce exceptional boxes. Our researchers then test the boxes to ensure their toughness. It is only then and with a promise of quality that we deliver our boxes to you. Some of the testing we conduct:
