Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all supply chain activities across a multi-site business project.
  • Produce regular performance reports based on KPI analysis of project.
  • Manage and develop the warehouse and inventory team related to project.
  • Develop the strategy and business plan for supply chain management.
  • Manage and lead all customer service functions within the business.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as suppliers or distributors.
  • Work closely with the global supply chain to obtain competitive pricing for ingredients and materials related to project.
  • Efficiently plan and schedule flow of work in order to meet customer deadlines.
  • Budgeting, managing forecasting, demand and supply planning.
  • Develop problem solving skills within the customer team to ensure timely execution of customer queries as well as long term process improvements.
  • Negotiating commercial terms with suppliers.
  • Lead the transformation of the Supply Chain operation in line with or ahead of the demands of our businesses.
  • Developing the skills & capability of Supply Chain best Practices, business sector knowledge and analytics across the team.
  • Build and effectively manage partnerships within our supply chain network.

  • 09 to 13 Years of Experience in which 04 years at Managerial Level
