Responsibilities

1. Responsible for undertaking the timely recruitment of all non-management staff (in-consultation with Sr. HRBP) as per the approved organograms. The incumbent would need to liaison and develop a professional network with the organizations that can source technical manpower as and when required, such as TEVTA, DTI, etc.
2. Provide pre-hiring and post-hiring support to corporate HR for all management and non-management staff.
3. Conduct activities of recruitment from sourcing, initial screening, evaluation and recommendations for Non-Management cadres and coordinate interviews with respective Business Unit Head as required by SOP for the final selection & hiring.
4. Provide orientation to new employees, with respect to applicable policies and SOPs. Guidance & information provided regarding employee rights, entitlements and welfare covered by EOBI, Social Security and other benefits as per structure entitlement. Ensure compliance to all SOPs for recruitment, onboarding, orientation and induction.
5. Attendance and leave management operations of employees at the plant/business unit. Ensure the timely closure of attendance and overtime (where applicable) for payroll processing by ensuring that respective Heads submit the necessary data prior to the payroll cutoff date.
6. Report and highlight any problems regarding the approved manpower plan. Observations and feedback are to be provided to evaluate any reasons due to efficiency, productivity and excessive overtime in the respective business unit. Evaluate and suggest solutions to remedy issues regarding manpower productivity and implement internal controls accordingly.
7. Ensure the timely processing of probation evaluations and employee confirmation cases.
8. Provision of support in all HR projects, contribute data for presentations and monthly data analysis.
9. Ensure timely processing and clearance activity of staff final settlements and issuance of experience certificate of all outgoing employees and conduct employee exit interviews.
10. Responsible for maintaining cordial industrial relations within the organization.

Skills Required

Qualifications/ Experience/ Capabilities:

• Minimum level of Education for this job: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in preferably in Human Resources
• Minimum Experience required for this job: 2 – 3 years of work experience in HR preferably in a generalist role.
