To organize sales activities, as well as develop an effective filing system. The Sales Coordinator will work directly with sales team management to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively, and that active client files with all required documentations are available to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  2. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  3. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in SAP and present reports as and when required.
  4. Coordinate with production and other related departments to handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and required timelines.
  5. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  6. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  7. Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
  8. The Sales Coordinator may also be required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
  9. Coordinate with concerned department in developments of customer samples and their costing.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate should be graduate with 1-2 years relevant experience;
  2. Strong grip on MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  3. Candidates having experience working on SAP or any other ERP will be preferred.
